Update an MA-scoped spacecraft lifecycle status
Updates the lifecycle status (Active or Archived) of a spacecraft resolved strictly by id within the MISSION_ANALYSIS environment. Returns 404 if the id lives in a different environment (D-8 env-explicit lookup).
